Hi, my name is Andre Kruger and I’d like to tell you a quick story.

I woke up one morning in with an overwhelming sense of anxiety, it was crippling and there seemed to be no escape from this deep-rooted fear or uncertainty of the unknown. It felt like time had slowed down and everything around me became muffled in a foggy darkness.

All I could feel were my thoughts racing relentlessly through my head, telling me how much better off I’d be if I could just put my head under the covers and run away from the day and my life.  

At the time I was trying to run two companies at once while simultaneously building yet another. It had me feeling like I only have one hand available for all of these seemingly insurmountable tasks, which is why there were some days when I would feel mentally exhausted to the point where nothing seemed worthwhile anymore.
